Ways to Naturally Attract Abundance into Your Life

If we size up the state of our abundance based on our material circumstances, we can either definitely say we are rich, or we are poor. Often our definition of abundance as a state of lacking money or the presence of money – our ability to buy the things we think will give us pleasure in owning.

However, the concept of abundance goes beyond monetary realities or simply the financial aspects.

‘Abundance is about being rich, with or without money.’ – Suze Orman

Abundance is a facet of life, and it is not about achieving more, but it’s about being in harmony with the truth that life is naturally abundant. It is getting the most out of our experiences that come from a deeper understanding and appreciation of life.

To naturally attract more abundance, we need to understand and appreciate the essence of life. Simply put, putting more focus on having great experiences with life is abundance. Abundance can be defined in terms of the condition of our relationships, the state of our health, the fulfillment we derive from our work, our capacity to enjoy hobbies, or a sense of altruism and charity to extend to those who need our help.

It’s about focusing on positive experiences that bring us more peace, love, and joy. By tuning in to these, we naturally attract more abundance in our lives. Here are more ways you can attract abundance into your life.

Release Your Fears and Worries

Daily life can be filled with negativity. It’s as if being human allows us a limitless capacity for worry, anxiety, and fear for a variety of reasons. Living is not always easy, and sometimes, every day can feel like a struggle. While that may be true, we need a breather from this level of thinking and to be able to attune ourselves to the brighter, more positive side of life – where abundance lives.

To do that, we need to let go of negativity at all costs and understand that abundance can’t thrive in that mode of living or thinking.

Practice Gratitude – Be Grateful and Appreciative

It’s impossible to attract abundance without first recognizing abundance when you see it already in your life. We create more abundance by simply acknowledging the fact that our life is a great blessing as it is and by believing that we still have more capacity for attracting abundance still.

Being grateful enables us to appreciate everything about our life, experience more joy, and multiplies our positive experiences and blessings tenfold. This is a natural state of abundance, yet has the capacity for more.

Let Go of Toxic Thoughts, Overthinking, and Perfection

It’s very easy to get caught up in the web of our own thoughts. We tend to make mountains out of molehills and overthink our way through life as if the practice of doing so naturally solves all our problems. If anything, overthinking causes us to feel and experience the opposite state of abundance – it limits our peace of mind and joy.

The same thing applies to our pursuit of perfection. Striving for perfection seems like a quality to aspire for, but it is essentially futile. Devoted hard work is valuable, so are the lessons we pick along our pursuit of achievement. But, when something brings you great anxiety, it is not the path towards abundance.

Love and Accept Yourself

It’s difficult to attract abundance if you do not genuinely, deeply accept yourself. It’s even more difficult to experience abundance when you do not love and believe in yourself enough to accept who you are. Preparing yourself to receive abundance entails fully accepting yourself. This provides a basis for understanding your capacity for greatness and worthiness of all the things you are seeking.

You are worthy, and you are capable of attracting more love, success, and happiness – experiencing abundance more than you ever thought possible.

Be Mindful and Be Fully Present In The ‘Now’

To attract abundance in our lives necessitates us being fully present in the here and now, to witness, experience, and receive. Life is naturally overflowing with abundance, but we cannot align ourselves with that reality unless we are fully present and open to receive.

Or perhaps we ought to shift our focus from “having” to “being” – ultimately becoming what we seek and desire. If we want more love, we embody love and give love away to others. If we want to receive and experience more, then we open ourselves up to more. Through giving, we receive. By being, we experience abundance naturally.
